I am 90% Green Buoy is the old Happy Landings Resort. The tip-off comes from the solitary stone cottage behind the main structure on the old postcard which is on the lot to this day. There is also a landing of sorts on the lake across the street. The new owner has done a great job with the place so the reviews are great.
