This 14 unit motel also had a restaurant and it was run by Donald Henry Wilber who also owned the Sliverleaf Laundromat in Gladwin. It was built in the 1950's and was up for sale by 1968. The motel was taken over by the Flegal family and one of their addresses on Ancestry leads to 2535 W Cadillac. There is a nursing center across the street which has a building behind it that looks like a motel also. It's hard to see from the street views so I need to do some research on that.
