The Al-O-Ray Motel goes back to the early 1950's when it was operated by Mr. and Mrs. Ray Cornell. It originally included a cafe also. They sold the place and moved on by 1956. It continued to operate for a few decades as far as I can tell. The building still stands today but the motel is closed. The 2015 street view still has the Al-O-Ray name on the sign. Even then it looked closed.
