The ads for this motel indicate an address of 7262 Lansing Rd. That takes you to what is now Windmill Restaurant. The Motel was just up the road a few hundred feet at where 7094 Lansing Rd is today. I would guess the restaurant and motel were affiliated at some point. I would estimate the motel started in the 1960's and was demolished by the late 1990's or early 2000's. As of 2023 the lot sits empty. It was once part of Don's Truck stop complex which would have included gasoline sales, restaurant and the motel.
